What a delightful new recording! Of course, I always enjoy listening to a really good men's choir. It's difficult to believe that this much sound could come out of this small of a group. I thought I knew a lot of Spirituals, but this one has some I had only heard once or twice in my life. If you're looking for a recording that is beautiful, but different, this is the one for you! I'm sure you'll be glad you have this one around the house. I think my favorite Spiritual is the old favorite, Were You There? Of course, others like O Mary, Don't You Weep are fast becoming favorites! While you're at it, get one for the car! --RW
