I am generally skeptical about putting my credit card number on the computer. Is there any other way to order?

Sure. You can choose to pay by mail when you checkout, print the order form and send it to us via snail mail along with a personal check made out to Certain Sound. However, rest assured that CertainSound.com transmits your order details using a secure server which encrypts your information. This is completely safe.

How long will it take to get my order?

That depends on which shipping option you choose. The least expensive option is the slowest, but often, not by much! We can even ship overnight, if you need us to.

I know a great recording that would fit well on your web site. How can I get it on there?

Send us an e-mail and we'll explain the procedure. Generally, you will have to send us a sample CD, so that we can listen to it and decide whether it fits in with our philosophy statement.

I love what I see. I want to share your web site with others at my church, school and/or camp. Do you have any materials I can use to do this with?

Yes, we do. Just request the promotional materials via the "contact us" page and we'll include some cards you can pass out.
